Makes one cocktail.

Ingredients
1 peach wedge
½ ripe peach, peeled and pitted
½ oz peach liqueur Champagne, chilled

Preparation
Place the peach wedge in a champagne flute. Process the peach in a blender and pour the puree into the glass. Add the peach liqueur, top with some chilled champagne, and stir gently.
